Am I obliged to something if the new company to be established doesn't exist yet?

According to this company, I clicked an online service agreement and they have proofs I did - electronically signed. They are billing me for the reserved unit for my new business however, this business is not yet registered with SEC and this is named after me. They said that the online agreement is considered legal and binding and if I won't make my payment, they will refer me to legal and action with their lawyer and will reflect under my credit as an individual.

Is this valid? Harassment?

No. I did not sign or click on anything from their link. I was advised that because I am new to the industry, they may be taking it for granted.

Since the link can be opened by anyone who will be shared with, any person can sign in my behalf.
