Married to a man that doesnt exist

Good day!

I have read almost all of thread here in this blog but i did not find any situation i am encountering right now thats why i made my own.

I am married since 2011 to a man that doesnt exist. yes its not existed.

And this is my story, way back 2010 i met a man then we get into a relationship that we fell both inlove then we plan to get married in 2012. then it happened we got married in the year 2012. we are living together for almost a year.When i went to NSO office to get my husband birth certificate they did not find that name and they told me that the person never existed in their record.

I was shocked in that time becuase i am married to man that doesnt exist.

I think my husband bought an NSO bcert from recto and other fake documents to complete the requirements for our marriage.


i have a lot of question need to be answered to clear my mind. i hope someone could help me on this.

1. Am i married or not?
2. Are we leggaly married?
3. Am i the only one encountering this?
4. Is that possible to submit fake documents to get married?

Please please answer all my questions.

Do you want to keep the marriage or not?

If you do want to keep your marriage.
It could be, he was never been registered and he can apply for late registration of birth certificate. But there are processing with this he has to apply for late registration of birth certificate to his town of origin and support that with evidence that he has been using this name since birth and has to be counter sign by two dis interested person who are not related to him.

OR

If you wish NOT to be married to him and get rid of this existing marriage certificate.
Open a case for nullity as he produced a falsify birth certificate the time he marries you.

As he falsify the marriage supplying with fake birth certificate the marriage is VOID in the first place.

you are presumed to be validly married until it is declared otherwise by the court. i have encountered a similar case. i'm afraid fake docs are a reality.

have you confronted your husband? and note that the nso is not infalliable. give a copy of the bc he used as a reference. you can also inquire at the civil registrar where it was registered. it's possible that it was just not forwarded to nso especially if it was from the province.

im afraid that he might be married once thats why he used other name. i love him more than myself. we dont have any problems. im confused, i dont want to open up to him to what i found out, i dont want to know the truth it might get me into heart attack.

if you don't want to know the truth, as you said, then do nothing. if you want the truth, see my post. it could be nothing or it could be everything.

I do know of one case where the husband used a fictitious identity. the telling evidence was the complete absence of any of his guests at the wedding.

Nung nag appear po ako dun ko nalaman na nagdemanda pala yung tunay na asawa ng babae dahil sa pagpapakasal gamit ang ibang pangalan. matagal na po kami naghiwalay nung babae dahil nga nalaman ko na fake identity ang ginamit. tama po ba ang case na estafa para dito? -marami po salamat and god bless.

dont' worry about your estafa case. you should do something about your second marriage, anyone can file a bigamy case against you. at dun ka mahihirapan lumusot.

ask lang po ulit, sa bigamy po ba ay territorial din ang pagpa file ng case? ano po ang tamang proseso nito? paano po kung sa ibang lugar (sa loob pa rin ng pilipinas) i-file ang case/complaint? valid po ba iyon?

Meron po akong kaibigang lalaki, nakasal na sya pero naghiwalay din dhil sa madalas nilang pag aaway nung babae.

1. Hindi po ba madedetect sa NSO kung dalawa ang knyang asawa base sa kwento ko?

2. legal po ba silang mag-asawa?

3. lulusot po ba sya sa mga gnwa nya?

as of now kasama ko silang dalawa dito sa flat sa ibang bansa. walang kaalam alam ung babae na pangalawa na syang asawa.

edxd, nso will probably not see that, their marriage is void. lulusot siya if no one prosecutes him
