I would like to ask a legal advice how to create a new transport group or an association, what is a legal requirement for the same.
Existing transport association history.
My wife is a individual jeepney operator, a member of a transport group for almost 10 years from now.
They are just around 15 members with having a legal franchise route and paying regular monthly statement to BIR,due to issues involving over collecting a BUTAW with out having a justification through yearly auditing, most of the driver operator are disgusting their governance of a non transparent and monopoly leadership,( no election for electing new president)they are exercising muscle flexing and imposed to a member a punishment of suspension if they are going to address a grievances.
