good day! itatanong ko lang po kung ano ano po ang makukuha namin sa company na biglang nag stop operation.. meron pa po kasi kaming unpaid 1 month salary (september 1-15 of this year). hindi naman daw po close yung company namin nagkaron lang ng problem regarding sa payment ng utilities kaya naputulan ng kuryente plus delayed payment ng shares. sa sbma po kc yung company namin. may kaso din pong hinaharap yung boss namin pero ang sabi nila ok na daw this december babalik na yung korean boss namin. ang hindi ko lang po alam kung ano ano po ba yung kailangan naming i claim. since hindi naman nag close yung company ibig po bang sabihin yung mga panahon na nag stop operation kami babayaran pa din po ba ng employer yung wages namin up to this day? (from sept to dec). ang sabi lang po sa amin standby lang at pag naayos lahat babalik kami sa trabaho. wala po kaming mapagtanungan dahil yung mismong office namin nauna pa silang mawala nagsialis po silang lahat kaya nauna pong nag close yung office. ang business po kasi ng boss namin is rental ng condo. ako naman po store manager sa foodteria and grocery meron po akong 4 staff. hiwalay po kami, sa taas ang office sa ground floor kami. salamat po.

the company can validly close temporarily for 6 months. after which you will be entitled to separation pay
