slight physical injury

Great day! I really need a piece of advice. I was accused of the crime of slight physical injuries. We had undergone these stages after the incident happened, (1) there has been a personal confrontation between the parties before the Punong Barangay but mediation failed;(2)the Pangkat ng Tagapagsundo was constituted but the personal confrontation before the Pangkat likewise did not result into a settlement;(3) Therefore, the complaint for the dispute may now be filed in the Government court.
The incident happened this way, we played a badminton at the Multipurpose compound together with my younger sister and cousin. Then the complaint went out and blame me that i destroyed the gutter of the rooftop of the Multipurpose which in fact it has been destroyed since before they're assigned as a caretaker in that school. We both exchanged words that result her to punched me. As I defend myself, I also punched her back. Then, she kicked my stomach but I catches her feet then pushed it and she fell down on the ground. Here, my younger sister came and pacified us.
We both filed and her statements in Barangay and Police was not related. As for settlement, she was requesting us to pay all her expenses but we did not grant her because I'm just a student and my parents too, can't afford because they are disabled.

did you file a counter charge? did you get a medico legal certificate of your own injuries? did she?

Great day i really need a piece of advice, ung bayaw po kasi ng father q inangkat father q na lumuwas kung tlagang matibay then pinagtutubtub dingding hauz namin kasi po tanging plywood lng ung dibisyon ng hauz nla and hauz namin isang bahay lng hinati lng nung tito q. becoz of that nagkaabutan sila parehas p naman silang lacng.nagkaabutan cila kasi pumunta dito ung bayaw ng father q harap tindahan namin may dlang kahoy na pamalo ung pangbiyak sa kahoy papaluin na sna father q nakita nung pinsan q kaya para mabitawan nya yung dla nyang armas pinalo siya ng upuang stool. after nun nd pa nakkuntento pinagsisira pa yung tndahan namin ng gasolina yung dingding. tpos kmi pa nw sasampahan case ta ngpamedical may pasa eh nakuha nya yun nung cnra nya tndahan namias a matter of fact nakuha namin yung khoy na ipampamalo sna sa father ko. wat po pwede naming gawin?
