Arresto Menor

I need help. Do we have an article sa labor natin here in the philippines regarding sa berievement leaves?

Problem:

My stepfather died last saturday and i needed to be there but ofcourse i need a leave with pay. am i entitled to have a three days leave? because i believe, stepfather is under the category of immediate family.
