here's the story:
My niece was playing outside then a girl (13y/o) called her "bobo" and "baliw", she cried and ran to her mother (my cousin) then her mother went to talk to the girl, this is exactly what she said " bakit mo tinatwag na bobo anak ko? hindi bobo anak, top1 1 yan, pakita mo ksin card mo baka ikaw ang bobo". then the older sister of the girl came out, nagkaron ng konting usapan then all of a sudden the older sister of the girl kicked my cousin, then nag sabunutan sila, i run towards them para awatin, some people also came, yung mga kapatid at nanay at may lalaki pa na lumabas at habang umaawat sinuntok at sinipa ung cousin ko.
Nag file kame ng physical injury case against them sila naman nagfile ng child abuse case.
i want to know kung may basis yung child abuse case nila and kung pwede din kame mag file ng child abuse against sa girl na tinawag na bobo at baliw ung pamangkin ko.
