case number lang? hingin mo na din kung saan kamo court finile. yung iba kasi na naniningil ng utang gumagamit ng mga legal jargon para matakot yung mga sinisingil.

You have to ask what branch and where the case was filed. You can go to the court immediately and ask there if you have a case number.

15 days? The usual is 10 days.

Ask q lng po about 2 case filed 9262 and 7610 the said two case filed after i receive a subpoena for counter affidvit include also the affidavit of dissitance eventually the 9262 is dismiss by prosecutor but the child abusw filed instied of child abuse prosecutor make as a to physical injuries in relation to 7610 and now i reseeb the resolution how long it takes start hearing after i reseb the resolution and about the case anu po buh pwde mangyari pls any opinion or advice need q lmg po tlga so paranoid

Subpoena is only 10 days but if u have no timw yoi file and extension for your counter another 10 days extention
