Hi Atty,
Nag conduct po ng search warrant sa house ko and some items were seized. Then after 6 months the complainant filed a case that is not related to the search warrant. The search warrant is all about ecommerce law but the filed case after 6 months is about qualified theft.
The case now is with the prosecutors office nag reply na kami ng counter and rejoinder and now waiting for the prosecutors advice.
My question is may laban po ba ako sa case na file sakin?
