Good Morning! Nagkaroon po ng trouble yung brother ko. my supoena na dumating at ang nakalagay ay Alleged Serious Physical Injury according sa medical findings ng complainant;
-Abrasion lateral Eye (L)
-Contusion w/abrasion (L) Face
-Hyperenia (L) Eye
-Abrasion (L) Wrist

NOI: Mauling

Note: 7 days Healed

And the complainant undergone light cure composite splinting procedure on teeth #12,11,21,22,23.

Wala pong paghaharap sa brgy. diretso po agad ito sa RTC.

Questions:
1) Tama po ba ang grounds eh Serious Physical Injury kahit 7days healed ang findings sa medical???
2) Ano po ang penalty pag napatunayan guilty sa Serious Physical Injury??
3) Magkano po ang bail and mag-aappear po ba ito sa NBI records?

if 7 days, no. but if there is disfigurement, yes it can be serious. the prosecutor might downgrade it to a lower charge

May hearing po kami sa Monday, nasa 50K na daw po nagastos nila., at yun ang gusto pabayran., possible po ba magkaroon ng areglo sa fiscal at ang bayaran lang ay un bills na ayon lang sa nagastos nila sa pagpapagamot??
