i need your legal advice..

mayroon po akong pinagkatiwalaan na kaibigan na pahiramin ng postpaid ko sa globe...kumuha ako ng line para sa kanya under my name..nung hindi na kami okay ang ginawa nya..pinalaki nya yung bill hanggang maputol at sinabi na niyang hindi na nya babayaran. it is under my name at ako po ang masisira..i knwo its my responsibility, pero ano nmn po ang habol ko dun sa gumawa sa akin ng ganun...may proof ako na siya ang gumagamit ng line ko na yun kasi sa akin lahat bumabagsak yung billing nya..

ano po ba pwede kong gawin .
