hi po, ask ko lang po, if there was a subpoena for a estafa/bp 22 case and wala pong nagattend kahit yung nagfile ng case. what will happen po? it was around 10 years ago already and then the parties have already settled, nagpay na po yung may utang. but the case is still pending po since nag-ayos sila out of court. what is the process po ba para maayos na po? and could there be a warrant of arrest for not attending sa case kahit napadlahan ng subpoena? thank you very much po...
