Arresto Menor

May previous employer file a case against me for estafa,they dismiss from work me due to misappropriation of company fund amounting to 83k,I already send a counter affidavit and they will be preparing a reply for this.If ever Is my case bailable?and how much?I just need an advise because as of now I don't have a lawyer to whom i can ask this.Thank you and waiting for you reply.thank you
