Magandang araw po!

15 years na po kaming nagsasama ng aking asawa. Last 3 years nahuli ko po ang misis ko na may kalaguyo sa Chat hanggang sa lumala na.

Nakiki-pag-date na po siya at nalalaman ko nakikipag-talik. Napakasakit ngunit hindi ako makagalaw dahil sa family side nya ang ibang suportang pinansyal ng aking mga anak.

Balak ko sana mag-abroad, mag-ipon para kung dumating ang oras makuha ko ang aking mga anak.

Sa pagkakataong iyon, pwede na po ba me mag-file ng ADULTERY sa aking misis at kanyang BF.

Ang tangi kong ebidensya ay mga chat-log po nila at mga picture online na usapan. IT po pala me at ang laptop namin ay nilagyan ko ng program na nakaka-record ng lahat.

Hanggang sa ngayon tinitiis ko muna ang lahat.

adultery is the act of a married woman of having sexual intercourse with another man. mere chat logs are not sufficient. worse, you obtained your evidence through a violation of the right of privacy of communication.

use these chats for intel purposes only. try to find out when they will meet and try to find a way to document their meetings. if you can record several times that they are going to a motel, then that is better evidence. it is very difficult to prove adultery, so unless you catch them in the act or she has a child, it may be hard to convict.

and if you have sex with her after you let it be known that you found out, that is considered reconciliation and she can use that as her defense.

Pwede po ba maging isang dahilan ng lalaki or pag bintangan nya ang asawa nyang babae na nanalalalake sa harap ng bata under 7 years old? and dahil hindi pag payag ng babae na makipagtalik sa kanya ang asawa nya eh pwede na bang sabihin ng lalake na nanlalalake si babae? sabi kasi ni babae paano daw sya makikipag talik araw araw lasing asawa nya umaga to gabi lagi ang inom.. at minsan umaalis ng bahay ng gabi pag lasing di daw nya kasi alam kung nag pupunta sa beerhouse kasi naririnig daw nya minsan yung pinguusapan about sa mga bayarang babae..

kahit po ba sa mga chat logs nila sinasabi kung saan sila mag-meet then after nun nag-kwentuhan na sila sa mga ginawa nila like mga sex stories. yung sa vilation of rights of privacy of communication- pwede din ba nila me kasuhan?
