Hi Attorney,

I'm 1 yr married to a Canadian citizen here in the Philippines and this year finally i got pregnant and at the same time my visa was approved, unfortunately my pregnancy is sensitive so i decided not to go to Canada because of that reason he is now furious and accusing me of all lies, also now having doubts even if the child is his.He is a jealous guy and accusing me of bunch of stuff, i quit my job for his peace of mind. For that reason he is now saying he will take my child as soon as it was born, also now he is harassing my mom thru text messages and threatening me and my family. Also he has a criminal record (assault) and dealing with a girl from here. Pls. help me if it is possible that he can take my child from me

unless you put your child in danger, such as by taking drugs, he has very little chance of doing so. do you still intend to go to canada?

why don't you ask your OB to communicate with him and certify that you have a high risk pregnancy.

I don't intend to go there anymore after what he is doing and still doing right now..he is still harassing me, my mom and now also my uncle, he is now dealing with a girl here for information about us, the same girl is feeding him wrong info which make the situation worse.

my OB already talked with him and als he have my medical certificate not fit to travel.

Can I ask for an assistance from canadian embassy here in Manila?because now I'm scared on what he can do to my family, maybe not him but he said he would hire someone to do so
