may tanong po ako,, yung boyfriend ko ay nagpaksal sa huwes 6 years na ang nakakaraan sa isang canadian citizen, para mapadali ang pagpunta niya sa abroad... pero hindi naman talaga sila nagsama sa papel lang...

mababaliwala pa po ba yon... kasi gusto namen magpakasal na khit sa huwes lang...

question po ulit, may chance kaya na maannulled po agad yung marriage nila, since fix marriage lang po yun para makapagabroad...

and kung matagal gaano po kaya katagal aabutin and magkano po kaya magagastos namen sa annullment..

Since yung pinakasalan po ng boyfriend ko 6 years ago ay nasa canada and yung mother is canadian citizen po, pwede po ba magapply na lang ng divorce yung girl sa canada..

( ang history po kasi ay wala silang anak and no conjugal property po, only in marriage contract lang po and hindi naman sila ngasama )
( although nagpakasal po siya para makapagbaroad sa canada, hindi rin ponatuloy kasi nadeny po ang visa niya - totally fix marriage po to get abroad and have work).

after noon po ba, mawawalan na ng bisa ang kasal nila dito sa pilipinas...

its called Sham marriage and it is not acceptable in Canada so as anywhere in Europe and America, if proven guilty they can be sent to jail if he dares to turn up in Canada he will be sued by the immigration. Obtaining residency or citizenship abroad he will need to live with her for certain years but if they don't live together for years it is not likely for the Canadian to grant his residency! So if he think he marrys her just to get the citizenship its not possible although its been 6 years already. His presence and proof of residency has to be shown on all of his documents! Hindi po kasi sila sa abroad kinasal dito po sa pilipinas - civil wedding.
After civil wedding wala na sila communication.

As in marriage contract lang kailangan ng bf ko na nakaindicate na ang pinakasalan niya ay anak ng canadian citizen.

Para sana mabilis siya makapunta ng abroad, pero nadeny din ang visa niya.

Talagang ma deny yan kasi hindi naman sila nagkasama after marriage at kahit sa Pinas pa sila ikinasal pwede pa ring mag file ng divorce ang babae sa Canada!
