Hi Labor Lawyers,

I'm just wondering how many Notices To Explain an employee may receive from their HR? Just recently, I received seven (7) Notices To Explain answerable in five (5) days. The said NsTE was orchestrated by my immediate superior - an avp wherein, I'm just an asst. mngr.

Please response to my query.

Salamat,

xfactor

Depends on how many infractions or violations you did.

As long as there is an offense, expect that you have an NTE. There is no limit as to how many and is not a double jeopardy.

answer them one by one. with that number, it seems they've already decided to terminate you.

Just answer the NTE. No need to resign. Why do you have 3 NTEs for 1 infraction?

its for insubordination, no call no show on a critical work day, and attendance hits
