Arresto Menor

civil married kami,been seperated for more than 5 yrs,we are not legally separated,she is now pregnant to her BF,are they liable for adultery?what are the steps on filing this case...thanks and more power...

if you can prove that it was impossible for you to have sired the child then she can be charged with bigamy
