Good day po atty!
Tanong lang po sana ako nakabili po kasi kami ng house in lot sa isang subdivision naka in house financing po kami tapos na po kami sa DP na 30% nagbabayad na rin po kami ng aming monthly amortization in 4 months after a month po nakapagdesisyon kami na illipat na lang namin sa bank financing kasi mas mababa ang interest compare po sa in house financing...pag in house po kasi 75% ma at 25% DP ang sa bangko po 20% at 80%..lumabas po ang approval ng bangko at ang naapprove nga po ay 80% mas malaki kesa sa balance namin ngayon po humihingi po ako ng refung sa developer asi nga po may naibayad po kaming 4months MA sobra sobra o ang naibayad namin,,,...nung humihingi na po ako ng refund sabi nila hindi pa daw natatpos ang pagpapatitulo samantalang may binayaran po ako para sa ERT..ano po ang maganda naming gawin...maraming salamat po..

pwede po mag second mortgage. Mahirap po talaga mag refund sa developer pag nabayad na. Try to request sa bank to issue the exact amount sa developer. and the balance issue separate in your name baka pumayag. Tell the bank the exact situation.Beside approved na 80% in your name. As far as the bank is concerned babalik naman bayad sa kanina sa installment terms ninyo with them.
