Since not all subjects have uniform number of items which is 100, you may use a multiplier of 100 (constant) to have a uniform formula in the subjects you want to compute, for example:
POLITICAL LAW RAW SCORE 75/100
75/100 X 100 X 9% = 6.75 (out of 9%)
LABOR LAW RAW SCORE 65/75
65/75 x 100 X 6% = 5.20 (out of 6%)
TAXATION RAW SCORE 60/75
60/75 x 100 x 6% = 4.80 (out of 6%)
CIVIL LAW RAW SCORE 80/100
80/100 X 100 X 9% = 7.20% (out of 9%)
MERCANTILE LAW RAW SCORE 85/100
85/100 X 100 X 9% = 7.65 (out of 9%)
REMEDIAL LAW RAW SCORE 90/100
90/100 X 100 X 12% = 10.80 (out of 12%)
LEGAL ETHICS RAW SCORE 40/50
40/50 X 100 X 3% = 2.4 (out of 3%)
CRIMINAL LAW RAW SCORE 70/75
70/75 X 100 X 6% = 5.60 (out of 6%)
Therefore, from the 8 subject the rating will be 50.40 (out of 60% allotted for MCQ TYPE. Lets further assume ratings for the Essay Type:
TRIAL MEMO: Average grade of 85% (from the 4 examiners)
85/100 X 100 X 24% = 20.40% (out of 24%)
LEGAL OPINION: Average grade of 82% (from the 4 examiners)
82/100 x 100 x 16% = 13.12% (out of 16)
From the Essay, the rating will be 33.52 (out of 40%)
Summing it up: 50.40+33.52 = 83.92 (pwede nang pumasok yan sa TOP 1O)
At any rate, all of the above were mere assumptions. I am glad to share
my little knowledge in mathematics. Again, thank you.
