Arresto Menor

Atty., we have a land titled to us in which we pay taxes. Parts of it are occupied by three families who refuse to cooperate to pay rent. Also, some parts of the land are inside the concrete fence of a public school. A friend suggested that we file a recovery of possession.

What is the procedure for filing a recovery of possession and what are the documents needed for filing the case?
