I am the Seller of a 2-BR Condo unit in Robinsons Ortigas for P2.5M, and I went into a "Deed of Sale" with a Buyer.
Can I back-out of the "Deed of Sale", even if the Buyer made advances of P400,000 but I am willing to pay him back the amount he made.
Pls adise.
