Terminated without prior notice

Hi Atty, Im a Call center agent working here somewhere in Pasig City the company that I'm working with are not registered to bir, i was even hired without asking me to sign any documents or contract. I was regular last October 11, 2011 but before October 11 i filed a leave because my Aunt died and we need to go to Davao i returned to manila October 24 and i asked my immediate supervisor if when can i go back to work but they didn't replied to any of my messages, now since im not getting any messages from the company i decided to asked my boss if when can i get my 13th month pay since im aware that i'm entitled to have it but he told me that im not going to get anything since they get fired me because of not showing up. What i want to know now is that if i can file a case against the company since they're deducting us out of our salary as per them that's for the benefits knowing that we're not registered to any of the government agencies or any benefits that an employee should get from a company. What should i do now? tnx

you can file a case of illegal termination at nlrc. you can report them to the bir or sss.
