GOOD DAY SIR/MAM,
NEED SOME QUESTIONS TO ANSWER PLEASE???
IS IT TRUE THAT, IF I REQUEST A REFUND FOR ALL MY TRANSACTIONS SA DOWN PAYMENT KO SA ISANG CONDO UNIT NA KINUHA KO IS, THEY WILL GIVE ME ONLY 30% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I HAD GIVEN TO THEM?????
THIS IS WHAT THEY'VE TOLD ME...
I COULD GET ONLY 30%...
PLEASE I REALLY NEED YOUR ADVICE...

the applicable law is the maceda law, and it requires you to have paid at least 2 years of installments to be entitled to at least 50% discount. higher with more installments.

read back your contract regarding what it says about termination of contract.
