Arresto Menor

I am currently being asked to answer an Incident Report regarding a possible fraud sale that needs to be answered until this friday. They placed me off the phone but not in preventive suspension. I want to resign rather than get humiliated ina dministrative hearings. Can i just opt for resignation? Will I still get full compensation?

you can resign, but you'll have to render 30 day notice unless the company allows you a shorter period. negotiate with HR, but they can continue with the admin proceedings.
