Dear Attorney,

Good day to you.

One of the program that we have ceassed operations.

DOLE told me that my employer did not file any suspension of operations and layoff and they did not follow the 30 days notice and yet they placed me on floating status and eventually terminate my contract as a regular employee before the end of 6 months period.

Is this legal? if not what are the labor violations that my employer committed?

What possible complains/cases I can file to NLRC?

These are my questions Attorney because I would like to established strong grounds first before I go and file a labor case in NLRC.

More power to you Attorney.
