Umuupa kami sa isang apartment, pinapaalis kami dahil sa Fire Code violation na nagsasabi na kailangan ng Fire Exit at kailngang ayusin ang wiring. Wala po nakalagay na kailangan namin umalis. Pero gusto pa rin ng may-ari na umalis kami. Tapos pag-balik namin mas mataas na upa, ayaw naman nila sabihin kung magkano at gaano katagal ang repair. Sa tingin namin, pwede naman ayusin kahit nandito kami. Ano dapat kong gawin?

may pinirmahan po ba kaung lease contract and may binayaran po ba kaung rental advance or deposit?

Meron po, buo pa po ang aming 3months advance & deposit. Saka nag-offer po kami na tutulong sa pag-aayos ng free dahil karpentero tiyo ko, pero ayaw pa rin. Sinabi namin na titigil n lang kami operation ng computer shop pag kailangan, wag lang kami paalisin ayaw pa rin. Basta gusto daw ng may-ari na umalis kami. Ang banta pa, baka daw lalo kami mawalan pag hindi umalis.

kung may kontrata kau, entitled kau na dapat tapusin nyo ang termino ng kontrata. Pati ung 3 months advance and deposit e dapat i consume nyo muna or kung gusto nyo e irefund na lng. punta muna kau sa barangay at kung di kau nagkasundo e pwede na magfile ng kaso
