Atty. good evening po this is a follow up on one of my post. Kaya lang po wala pa reply yung isa. Anyway My wife died 2 years ago and she had a housing loan, which someone uses her name. I gave all the papers to pag-ibig ang they released the Title to me (Still in the name of my wife nung single pa siya) I went to the unit an talked to the person who is using her name they told me that wife wife gave them a deed of sale and poer of attorney so that they can transfer the title to their name yet they cannot show it to me. I talked to them to just continue the payment but they dont want to. They said they are the rightful owner of the property. What will I do? can i file an ejectment case so that they will leave the property? what are the procedures of filing an ejectment case?

Atty

They are the one who continued to pay for the housing loan since they used my wife;s name, while they are paying their monthly loan to pag-ibig my wife is paying the monthly contribution.

that certainly supports their position that they purchased the property. are you at least willing to pay back the amount they paid?
