hello. i'm new here. i need a legal advice. my brother figured in an accident--his motor bike bumped into a bus; it was his fault, by the way. but the injury was serious--he lost his left leg (half of it). the bus operator doesn't want to shoulder the hospital expenses; says it's not their fault. can we demand from the operator to use his bus's TPL to claim for hospital expenses and the appropriate claim for loss of limb? thanks for the help.
