atty. gusto ko lang po malaman kung pwede pa ako mag file ng small claims sa BP22 na case kahit 2003 pa po nangyari ang kaso?thanks po

what happened to the bp 22 case? if it reached the court, no, you cannot file a bp 22 case

..nagtago na po ung nangutang, hindi umaattend ng hearing, may warrant of arrest po tapos nahuli nung 2004 pero nakapag bail ng 9,000 bond daw po un..wala na po ba ako magagawa pa?

the court should issue another warrant of arrest and if you know where he is, have him arrested.

atty. kahit po ba 2011 na ngayon can i get warrant of arrest for her pa?and pag na arrest po siya ibig sabihin may nakukulong sa bp22 kung hindi siya makapag bail?

judge will probably increase the amount of bail. if there is no warrant, you should file a motion for one to be issued.
