the neighbor of my brother keeps inviting his wife to his house for beer drinking, even pinagsabihan na sya ng brother ko to stop inviting her pero makulit yun matanda at panay imbita pa rin & my nephews & niece which are minors are also getting irritated coz there mom comes home late & lasing pa. Can my brother file a case of child abuse & unjust vexation against his neighbor kasi nananadya talaga. Kasi yun sister-in-law ko alcoholic kaya hindi rin mapigilan ng brother ko.

my already did but d old man did not attend the 3 hearings so binigyan lang yun brother ko ng certification to file legal action.

so what case can my brother file??

go for unjust vexation in the prosecutor's office. if that doesn't work a civil case under art. 26 for meddling in family affairs.

I think ang kailangan pagsabihan ng brother mo is yung asawa nya. because she is entertaining the invitation that is why the old man keep on inviting her. kung marunong tumanggi ang asawa nya siguro naman titigil din sa pag-iimbita yung matanda. kuha mo?!? Very Happy just my POV

kuha ko point mo concepab but the point is hindi nga mapigil ng brother ko ang wife nya kasi alchoholic nga, hindi naman pwedeng saktan kasi bawal yun sa batas , hindi rin pwedeng igapos dahil bawal din yun. pag wala namang nag iimbita hindi sya lumalabas sa bahay. makulit lang talaga yun matanda at matigas ang mukha, pinagsabihan na ng maraming beses at pina-barangay na namen ay talagang nananadya pa rin.
