Good day!
I would like to know what steps should I undertake if I would be reporting my ex husband so that his US citizenship would be revoked?
We got married here in 1987. He was able to obtain his US citizenship by entering into a fixed marriage with an American and he even changed one letter of his surname and pretended to be single. Just after a few months, he was petitioned to the US. This was in 1992.
After his citizenship was granted, he divorced the wife (of course after paying her the agreed amount). I also know that he is now using a different last name.
To cut the story short, he is now married to another Filipina and they now have a son. And as expected, he has been remiss in his financial responsibilities to my two sons.
I want to teach him a lesson for abandoning my sons, hence my desire to know how do I go about in having his US citizenship revoked. What agencies do I need to contact in order to go about this?
Thank you very much for your attention.
