Hi,

I got a 10 yr multiple entry US visa last year which i have not used yet. I got the visa without any endorsements from anyone in the US and i am confident of the documents and information i have submitted to the embassy because none of it were false or fake. All info i gave them can be verified to be true and correct.

A few months ago though, my business partner who is an african american accused me of theft referring to the loss of several valuable telecommunication equipments that was entrusted to me. We had a very long dispute about this via email but in the end, my american biz partner decided to just report me to the US embassy here in manila to open up an investigation on my visa application where he thinks that i have lied my way to acquiring it.

My question is, is there a way for me to know from the embassy if there indeed is or was an investigation made on my visa application. If so, would the inquiry create more suspicion? Also, will the US embassy inform me duly if indeed an investigation is being made and will they notify me if my visa has been revoked for any reason?

I sure will appreciate your response on this matter. Thank you!
