An inquiry about a possible case

I would like to inquire if there is a time frame needed if the case was not filed immediately.My female friend wants to go after to this person.BTW the act was done wayback 2008.

Her and this GUY were both flirting.But in 8008 (one ocassion), the guy misinterpreted her action and took advantage of her,she was kissed in her lips without warning in a private space of the office and the sad thing is ikinalat ng guy na she's an EASY girl.She didnt filed any complaint.

But for the sake of educating her and us also.Here are my questions:

1.Kung ang pangyayari ay 4 years old na posible pa ba nyang habulin si GUY at kasuhan?

2.Ano po ang dapat ikaso nya kay GUY?

acts of lasciviousness( if there is no intent to have sexual intercourse )

pag may lewd design (acts of lasciviousness) pag wala , unjust vexation.
(baka magsyota sila then hinalikan siya out of his passion , hindi yung acts of lascivoiusness-UNJUST VEXATION)

at this point it will be difficult for this case to have credibility if all she has is her testimony, but she can file the case for acts of lasciviousness
