Arresto Menor

Hi,

Hinge lng po ko advice re: abusado tenant.. matgal na ng rent un tenant sa amin dumating un time na di sila nkabayad ng upa ng 7 months at nangako sila na bayaran nila verbally lng..di na namin ni renew un contract 2 years ago.

Questions:
1: Ano po legal action for debts and ejectment ng abusado tenants?
