Arresto Menor

ang tenant po namin ay 5years na nangungupahan sa amin.
last year po nahulihan sila ng MERALCO ng altered connection, yun tinatawag po nilang jumper. according to MERALCO ang penalty ay 2million,lumaki daw po ito dahil sa pag compute nila ng mga appliances na nakita nila sa tenant namin. may business po kasi silang motor works.
yung metro po ay nakapangalan sa mother ko, so sabi ng meralco liable pa din sya dun.
unfair po yun sa part namin, dahil hindi naman po kami ang user nito, dahil ng lumipat po ang tenant namin sa apartment namin bagong install ang metro.

pangalawang problema po namin sa tenant namin, ung metro ng maynilad nakuha din po sakanila dahil sa unpaid bills. 8thousand po ang utang nila at pag pina reconnect ang metro additional 5thousand na po.

bukod pa po dito delayed po sila lagi magbayad ng rent.
kaya po nag decide na po kaming ipa-vacate sakila ang apartment. binigyan po namin sila ng notice,ano po gagawin namin pag hindi sila umalis within 30days? at mahahabol po ba namin ung unpaid bills nila sa maynilad. at paano po namin sila mapagbabayad ng penalty sa meralco?

1) re electric bill. file a letter to their customer service and provide proof that the property was being leased and that you had no involvement. after that, you have to file a complaint at ERC

2) if they do not leave, you have to file a complaint first at the bgy then at the MTC for ejectment.
