my brother was detained by the police because of an alleged criminal activity. I dont know what that criminal activity is all about. the police has been holding him for 3 days. I visited my brother and asked him about the alleged criminal activity and he said he dont know what it is. pls advise us what to do

Norman, you need to retain the services of an attorney immediately. Your brother might be unlawfully detained if he is being detained without charges.
