sr question po...kung ikaw po ay nahuli mismo ng iyong boss or owner of the company na naninigarilyo sa kalsada at hindi sa loob mismo ng iyong pinapasukan na trabaho,at ikaw ay nasa oras ng breaktime,tama po ba na ikaw ay bigyan kaagad ng 3days suspension dahil sa iyong ginawa..salamat po sa inyong kasagutan...

nagkasalubong po kc sila ng owner sa kalsada papunta po sa company na knilang pinapasukan..so impossible sr na,if we conduct a hearing macancel po ung suspension nila,and the other one is in probationary period..tnx attyLLL
