Mga atty tanong ko lang po, my officemate died while on duty, namatay po sya because of heart attack while on duty during field work, our company told us that we are always insured pero ngyon mukang assistance fund nalang ung binigay, nawala na ung insurance., any advice po for this? Thanks

Kung insured ang tao, meron dapat siyang certificate na binigay sa kanya.

Depende sa insurance.

Kung insurance coverage ay accident only (usually ito ang mga enrollment ng kumpanya), wala ma claim sa insurance for heart attack.

Check with your HR.
