Hi,

Here's the scenario, I've been hired as a worker of a certain company abroad. I started working there without signing any contract, After realizing that I didn't fit on the environment I went back home?

Questions.

1. Will I breach the contract even I didn't sign anything? FYI the contract wasn't complete yet during the time I'm working on the company.

2. Should I pay anything, the travels and accommodations they'd reserved? I actually pay for the travel and reimburse it, then I decided to go home.

Thank you very much.
