all he wants is that I come back to the relationship and now i have been receiving threats and blackmailing me if I won't respond or answer phone calls..Is there a restraining order that I can get. thank you so much.

wouldn't it be simpler to just change your contact details? what does your partner use to threaten you?

she said there is a video or a picture of me and that she is going to harrass my fiance's family. she already did this to my friend here when I did not answer her phone calls, she tried calling my friend million times harrassing her..She even threatened me that something is going to happen to my fiance if I don't talk to her.

what i did for a former client was to send a demand letter, and it worked. no assurances that the same can work for you, but it's pretty much the best first step.

what the other persons can do is to actually file a case of unjust vexation against her.
