good day.. what is litigation case po and what is the punishment and procedure by that? i have unpaid bills from smart bro po and the contract still not ended, but i no longer need the internet, i want to stop that but i have to pay the termination fee so i decided to let them disconnect the line,, now i have a case in them, litigation daw so i want to know everything about it po,, makukulong po ba ako if hindi ko sinettle and utang ko sa kanila,, thank u po
