good day po. may kaso po ako 7 years ago. possession ng prohibited drugs worth $100 pesos. nag-surity bond po ako pero nung nag expire yung bond hindi na ako nag renew at hindi na rin ako nag-attend ny mga hearing ko. yung judge na humahawak ng case ko was murdered few years ago. i want to have my life back pero takot ako kumuha ng nbi dahil baka lumabas na hit at arestuhin ako on the spot sa nbi office. pwede ba arestuhin ka on the spot sa ni office? what should i do? thank you po

what would be the point? if you had a conviction because of being tried in absentia, the clearance is useless. better check with the clerk of court as to the status of your case first through a representative. who knows? you may have been acquitted?
