Sir pano ko kaya mabago to.
The problem is sa Birth Certificate ko sa NSO ang nakalagay is Jan Luigi I. Santos when sa LCR is Luigi I. Santos lang..then the Birth year was 1991 when the real is 1990.. how can fix this?

i don't think those can be considered mere clerical errors, but you can still try to correct your name through an admin petition filed at the LCR.

the date will require a court petition, and it may be easier jut to adopt 1991
