hi! ano po ba ung pinakamabilis na way para maayos ung birth cert ng husband ko? sa nso po, nakalagay Porcincula instead of Porciuncula. PEro tama naman po ung nasa reord ng local civil registry (Porciuncula). meron na po kami ng affidavit of descrepancy. Pde na po kaya un ang ipakita?

He needs to apply na po kasi ng passport kasi punta po siya ng denmark this december for training.

Hi atty,

Mine have 2 problems. My last name spelling and my sex. instead na female naging male. ano po ba ang pinakamura na process?Nagpunta ako ng PAO para makamura pero kailangan daw ng 10,000 para ipapublish.mabigat para sa akin kac pabalik balik na ako doon at mahal pamasahi. Please advice. Thank you!

you really will have to file a judicial petition to correct your name and sex. ask what the money is for. if just for publication, that's a bit steep.

if it were a private lawyer, then that would be very reasonable.
