office of the provincial prosecutor. need ko po dw mg report sa kanil subpoena po un pindala skin.. dun po s bhay dito po s saudi wala pko n rereceive n subpoena..

what i do for my clients is to draw up their counter affidavit and they have it notarized at the embassy or consular office and then have that submitted at the prosecutor's office. i do not recommend you ignore it. the consequence is that the prosecutor will resolve the case based only on the evidence your wife submitted.

can i file abandonment sa husband ko na nasa new york?kinuha nya mga bta,nasa inlaws ko ngayon.tnatago nila.ayw k nmn muna kunin mga anak ko dahil d pa ako financially prepared.ano ba ang dapt ko efile sa husband ko pra lang d nya madala mga anak ko sa new york nangdi ko alam.habang nagastart pa ako magwork for my children?

file a petition for habeas corpus and custody. you can request the court to issue a hold departure order

if you cannot provide proof that you were sending support, there will be a good chance the prosecutor will find the case against you, whether barkada niya or not.
