Good day Lawyers,
gusto ko lang po sana makahingi ng tips at information na i ko consider when buying a property, lalo na at residential property (house and lot) para po ma avoid yung scam at fraud, at it would be a huge help if i get a step by step procedure from closing a deal to transfering our name to the title, pls indicate the approximate time/day are needed to accomplish each step
