Good Morning,
My girlfriend's dad was hospitalized and i shouldered the expenses for 1M. His Dad and I agreed on giving the house under my name. The House and Lot is worth 5M. To recover my 1 M, We have both have agreed decided to use the house and lot for collateral in the bank for 2M and ill pay for it for 10 years
I already have the Original CLT and all the tax documents. I have already the Deed of Assignment and Transfer of rights (signed with witness) stating the i gave him 1M. I have the Deed of Absolute of Sale (signed with witness)as well for 5M just for bank requirements and fully transfer the ownership to my name.
I would like to seek an advise if what other documents should i have to make sure that his sister wont able to get the house under my name (once fully transfered with LRA and BIR).
