in our first argument, this girl which is the ex of my bf said bad things about my 2 mos. old baby and i quote " chanak" etc .. and when she see my baby dw "KA2LBUHIN NYA" and " SA2KTAN NYA".. she was saying thret to my baby, so as a mother, i defend my son to her .. so our fight starts! thru facebook .. she said bad and improper things for a woman like me, some malicious and hurtful degrading words that for me is below the belt na.. ipinagkaklat dn nya s mga frnds nya, and she also post it on her wall .. know in myself that it wasnt true, my concience is clean !


i know her better, all the words that she said about me reflects to her .. so as a defense, i also said bad and improper things about her .. as in sobrng dme ko dng cnabe !im not hypocritize .. but i know its true, i hve my witness to prove it .. she also makes thret in me, .. they also mke death thret to my bf na 'BA2RILIN DW NG BF NYA" nnd2 p nga ung txt skin .

i also said malicious and improper words to her .. as a defense to myself and to my baby .. but i can prove and i hve my witness that all that i said to her was really true !

when someone defames you, answering with defamatory remarks can be considered self-defense.

you can try to file a case of libel against her, but she can do the same about you. it will depend on the evidence who will be charged by the prosecutor.

9262? she isn't your ex-lesbian girl friend, is she? i don't think 9262 will apply.

if she said defamatory statements, then that can be oral defamation. but if written, that is libel.

yes, it is possible. if you live in the same city or municipality, file at her bgy first.

Good evening. I would like to know if there is a case my sister can file against her neighbor who have started talk behind her backs & have been trying to spread malicious rumors against my sister. We have already filed a case against them at our brgy for non payment of debts they have even tried to get my sister arrested by the police for allegedly threatening them with a gun but after a while even the police realized that they were trying to make up stories because they wanted to get back at my sister for filling a case with the barangay because of their debts to my sister. I want this thing to stop because it has started to become a shouting match between them & my sister everytime they come across each others path. Since our barangay won't be able to help us I want to elevate this matter to the courts so that it will be settled legally. Please help me & my sister have 3 kids who doesn't deserve to be the subject of this malicious people.

jushelle, that can be oral defamation, but you will need the statements of the people who heard her say these things. bgy is there to help parties reconcile, not decide who is right. i recommend you file it in the bgy first because it will be required if it will be considered slight oral defamation by the prosecutor.

hi atty. can i ask you what case i can file to this fake lawyer?who demoralize the reputation to all bonafide lawyer like you and to stop fooling other people because of money.i filed a case against my husband regarding of abuse and concubinage.my husband took him as a lawyer and represent him as his lawyer in fiscal and using ATTORNEY.
so my lawyer ask m eto check the IBP integrated bar of the philippines in ortigas to check if he is a bonafide lawyer and he's not and now i got the CERTIFICATION that he's not in the lawyer list.
we got some group in facebook named CAMBRIDGE HOME ASOCIATION.and this fake lawyer is also filing a lot of case against the ADMIN and empire east and i heard that his the lawyer,then i cannot take it that some of my friends will believe on this fake lawyer.so i voluntarily answer the POST thru COMMENT.but im not mentionong his name in the COMMENT.and besides this people also has a DOUBT for him to be a lawyer.
in my personal account email address.he send me a message that he's going to file a case against me and he got the evidence thru facebook post and he's going to hold me or put me in the watchlist in IMMIGRATION so i cannot travel and work.he knows that im working in the ship,the fact that i have to comeback after 4 weeks from now.
