Hi po attorney meron po akong question year 2006-2008 po nagwork ako sa middle east sa qatar po. then during that time po meron akong personal loan at binabayaran ko po sa panahon na yun. nagbakasyon po ako sa pinas then meron akong offer sa ibang country mas maganda kaya kinuha ko na. ngayon po ang katanongan ko magkaproblema kaya ako sa pagkuha ng police clearance sa bansang pinagkautangan ko. makakuha kaya ako ng police clearnce certificate sa qatar.
